IT’S ABOUT THE PEOPLE

CREW set out to be a DSP with a difference: a company that would make valuing, supporting, and respecting our drivers the core principle of our business. Putting our drivers first, of course, means that we need to listen to their feedback.

Besides the informal conversations our partners and managers have with our drivers every day, we also survey our drivers regularly to get their input — anonymously — on questions that feel important, and to understand what would help improve their work experience.

These surveys have resulted in improvements to some of our processes and procedures, and have also helped us to procure wage increases for drivers.

Here’s some of what we’ve learned:

  • Over 84% of our drivers report a positive work experience

  • 70% say one of the best parts of their job is the Crew Point Team

  • 95% of our drivers feel we succeed at prioritizing a safe working environment

  • 66% of drivers say their experience will lead them to remain with our company longer than they had originally planned

We have an on-going commitment to do all we can to continue to improve our drivers’ experience.
